Localized

A group class that includes the use of different materials, strengthens the whole body, exercising various muscle groups accompanied by music.

A class that essentially focuses on strengthening and toning the glutes, abs and legs using your own body weight, dumbbells, barbells, elastic bands, shin guards or trx.

HIIT

O  Training  HIIT, also known as High-intensity interval training, is a type of training used for physical conditioning where the practitioner does high-intensity (such as sprints) and low-intensity (such as walking at a slow pace) interleaved exercises. ).
